Dairy-Free Tzatziki

  • 1 16 oz container or 3 5.3oz cups of CHKP Plain Yogurt
  • ½ cup finely grated cucumber
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint, optional
  • Pita, cucumber, celery, radishes for serving


  1. Place the cucumber on a towel and gently squeeze out a bit of the excess water.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, dill, and mint, if using. Chill until ready to use.
  3. Serve with pita, cucumbers, celery, radishes or veg of choice
