Baked Oats with Yogurt Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 5.3oz cup of CHKP Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 cups berries
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed ground
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray nonstick spray on a 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Prepare the flax eggs (mix ground flax with 5 tbsp water and let sit to thicken) or use egg replacer of your choice
  3. Mix all ingredients.
  4. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Top with more yogurt and berries.
