Tahini Creamsicle Smoothie

  • Gluten Free
  • Soy Free
  • Vegan


  • 1 5.3 oz container of CHKP Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Seed + Mill Organic Tahini
  • Zest & juice of 1/2 an orange
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Combine everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the texture by adding more milk to thin or more tahini to thicken. Garnish with extra orange zest, if desired, and enjoy! Serves 2.
