High Protein Edamame Toast

  • Nut Free
  • Vegan


  • 1 5.3oz cup CHKP Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shelled edamame
  • Slice of bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • Fresh squeezed lemon + its zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Toast bread
  2. Add edamame, yogurt, oil, lemon, and seasonings to a blender and blend
  3. Dollop onto toasted bread
  4. Top with extra olive oil and additional toppings of choice like herbs and spices
