Berry Chia Pudding

  • Gluten Free
  • Nut Free
  • Soy Free
  • Vegan


  • 1 5.3oz cup of CHKP Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp nut butter
  • 3/4 cup berries of choice


  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and chia seeds and stir until well combined.
  2. In a mason jar or container, add berries to the bottom and break them up using a fork. 
  3. Top crushed berries with yogurt mixture and transfer to the fridge overnight or for at least 10 minutes.
  4. In the morning, remove from the fridge and top with extra toppings (nut butter, more berries)
